Reporting System.Our team of professionals can also assist your firm with analyzing its capital needs and options available including the use of Subordinated Debt and Revolving Lines of Credit to expand your firm’s net capital and meet the needs of its organization.
On an annual basis, MGL assists its clients with reviewing their audited financial statements and handling the filing of said reports with FINRA, the SEC and the various state regulatory agencies. All financial reports are based upon the client's financial data as supplied to us by same.
For firms which are unable to meet their filing deadline for annual audited reports due to circumstances beyond their control, our firm assists with the filing of requests for extension of the filing deadlines from the appropriate designated examining authority.
