State
license applications along with the appointment form and other forms required
of your firm by the individual states are prepared by MGL in conjunction
with your firm, and are then sent to your firm and its individual agents
for final review, approval and signature. State required background checks
can be obtained through MGL for your firm and agent applications, as required,
upon receipt of authorization from the requisite agent and your firm. Appointment form(s) not requiring agent signature can be completed by MGL and submitted to the requisite state(s) upon receipt of the completed license application form(s) from the agent. Copies of all filings are forwarded to your office for your records.
For agents/solicitors obtaining non-resident insurance licenses, MGL will work with your agents to complete the appropriate non-resident license applications and paperwork for registration. MGL will also request the certification of licensure letters for each agent that will need to be attached to the completed non-resident license application and submitted to the state for processing.
Change of agent/firm address or change of name for an agent/firm are easily handled through MGL with our firm submitting all required documents on your behalf to the states for processing upon receipt of your request.
